Be mindful of yourself and your surroundings. Focus on the present and deal with things one at a time. Ensure that you are getting enough sleep, eating right, and not stressing yourself too much. Give yourself the luxury of having self-care days, especially when you know you need them.

Breathe some fresh air and get that vitamin D. Being outside, especially amidst nature or greenery, allows you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Head to the garden or look outside your window. Take a walk or go for a run.
Meditating is a simple way to care for yourself and it doesn’t take up too much time. For a few minutes each day, calm your mind and meditate. It helps in improving your quality of life, so let it be a part of your everyday routine.
Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, it is essential to have good human connections and relationships. This does not mean you have to be talking with people all day, but being able to have some time to connect and talk to those who make you happy is always a good thing. You can have meaningful conversations with your family during dinner time or a short catch-up call with your bestie to see how she is doing.
