You can always reach us at sales@eika.ph and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Do ensure to include all relevant details like order information, photos or anything else that will allow us help you better. Our Customer Care team works from on Mondays until Saturdays from 9am until 6pm PHT, excluding Philippines' public holidays.


How To Shop

How do I place my order?

1) Choose Your Product
Navigate through the website and click Add to Cart button on the items you wish to purchase. To review your orders, click the Cart icon link on the upper right corner of the website. 
2) Review Cart
To add more products to your cart, click “Continue Shopping”. 
To add/subtract the quantity of an item, use the "Quantity" column to change or remove the quantity of a product then click “Update Cart.
Once satisfied with your items, click "Check Out" to proceed to the next stage in the checkout process.
3) Checkout
Once you're done adding items on your cart, proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to log-in to your EIKA Account or Continue Checkout as Guest.
3) Email & Shipping Information
Fill in your email address and shipping information. This is where you want your product shipped or delivered to. 
Next click "Continue to Shipping Method".
4) Shipping Method
Select the shipping method that is applicable to your area.
Then click "Continue to Payment Method".
If you're paying via Cash On Delivery, select the "Cash on Delivery" options on both "Shipping Option" and "Payment Option".
5) Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment method then click “Complete Order”.
6) Settle Your Payment
Proceed to settle your payment thru your chosen payment method. Once paid, send your payment photo or screenshot to sales@eika.ph

How long is your reservation period?
Payments must be settled within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Holidays and weekends are not included.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
We are constantly adding new and unique designs weekly! Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock, it will most likely be sold out forever.

Payment

What are the available modes of payment?

  • Online Bank Transfer via PayMongo
  • All Major Credit Cards via PayMongo
  • GCASH via PayMongo
  • BDO Bank Deposit GCASH
  • Cash-On-Delivery

Payment must be settled within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Holidays and weekends are not included.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do! Select the "Cash on Delivery" option on both "Shipping Option" and "Payment Option". Once we've received your order, we'll ship out your package and our courier will collect your cash payment upon delivery. Kindly prepare the exact amount as reflected on your invoice.

Can I use my credit card without making a Paypal account?
Yes, you can! Just select credit card payment via Paymongo upon checkout.

Delivery

What are the delivery options, how much and when can I receive my order?

Metro Manila - Standard 3-6 working days* PHP 90
Provincial - Standard 4-9 working days* PHP 190
Provincial - Express Temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
2-3 working days* PHP 230

Based on delivery periods as published by the respective couriers. Please note that counting begins from ship out date. Delivery periods are not guaranteed and excluding Sundays and Holidays.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. The website where you can track them will also be provided.

I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?
If you haven't received your package on the estimated delivery day, or if you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, email us at sales@eika.ph with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
Delivery attempts will be made up to two times, upon which parcels will be returned to EIKA Swimwear if the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful. A re-delivery charge of PHP 80 for Metro Manila, PHP 160 for Provincial or Php 210 for LBC Express will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide! International orders are shipped via REGISTERED MAIL (3-4 weeks). For EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (1-2 weeks), we use PhilPost EMS. Kindly e-mail us at sales@eika.ph for a shipping quotation.

Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.

Returns

Can I return / exchange my purchase?
For online purchases: A Return Request Form must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the package. You can return / exchange your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for local Philippine orders, or 28 calendar days of the delivery date for international orders. We accept returns / exchange for items that are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact. Pre-order items are not eligible for returns / exchange. We do not issue cash refunds, instead, you will be issued an voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s) with no expiration date. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. 

If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are damaged upon arrival or different from the ones you ordered. This includes the back and forth shipping costs.

For in-store purchases: Purchases made in EIKA Swimwear stores cannot be returned. However, you can easily exchange your item(s) at our stores. For more information, you may refer to the 'Exchanges' section for more information.

*Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return an item? (only applicable for online purchases)
Fill up the Return Request Form within 7 days of receipt of the package. Once approved, further instructions will be sent via e-mail.

How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 7 working days (not inclusive of weekends and holidays) from the date we received your parcel. We'll update you via email once your return has been processed.

How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. A voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. The voucher will have no expiration date.

Do I need to pay to return my items?
Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are damaged upon arrival or different from the ones you ordered. This includes the back and forth shipping costs.

Order Issues

Can I add or remove products to my order?
If you haven't settled for the payment yet, we can still modify your order. Simply email us at sales@eika.ph with Change Order as your subject and include your Name, Order Number, and items you wish to add or remove. Requests are still subject for approval due to availability.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we receive the payment to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after payment confirmation. For more information on how to return your order, refer to the 'Returns' section for more details.

I received a defective / wrong item. What should I do?
We are extremely sorry about this!

Please email us at logistics@eika.ph within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name of the Defective / Wrong Item
  3. Photograph/s of the item for proof of defect or wrong item

We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of the replacement. For all items deemed defective / wrong, you will be provided with a return shipping label to return your order with.

If a replacement is no longer available, an online voucher will be provided instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

An item is missing from my package! What should I do?
No worries! Please do a quick check through your email inbox to see if our team has already reached out to you separately.

If you haven't received any notice from us, please email us at logistics@eika.ph within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name of the Missing Item

We will immediately be in touch on the next steps to take.
