Siargao's Instagrammable Spots and What to Wear

It’s not at all difficult to feel that you’re on Cloud 9 in Siargao. For many surfers, this tear-drop shaped in the province of Surigao del Norte is their idea of heaven on earth. And why not? Cloud 9, its most famous surf break, could give any surfer the ride of his life.

But then again, you don’t need to be a surfer to appreciate the beauty and charm of Siargao. Here, some must-see destinations when you drop in on this island southeast of Tacloban. 

#1 Cloud 9

Of course, Cloud 9 must be first and foremost in your itinerary. This surf break has been named as one of the world’s best surfing spots tempting the daring with its powerful death rides.

Not a surfer? No problem! Walk down Cloud 9 Pier and have front row seats at surfers ripping the waves, or come early to watch the sun rise on this spectacular spot.

#2 Sugba Lagoon
