MARKETING ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assist in all marketing efforts for EIKA Swimwear
- Plan and implement promotional calendar for sales, campaigns and collection launches
- Create and execute marketing plans and build positive brand awareness.
- Continually search for new marketing ideas and ventures
- Monitor and report on results and KPIs of promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with visuals designer to create cohesive communication for new campaigns, product launches, etc.
- Manage the ambassador program and influencer marketing relations
- Coordinate Social Media Management and overall structure of all marketing efforts for brand
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to create and execute excellent marketing strategies based on insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be people oriented
- Inclined to women’s fashion
- Goal-driven, aggressive strategist
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Collaborate with co-workers efficiently

MULTIMEDIA ARTIST
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Design collaterals, web banners, and other creative assets
- Layout and design Instagram stories for content
- Contribute to the team by pitching creative ideas
- Assist in video editing for Instagram content
- Design and illustrate when projects arise
- Create print-ready documents as needed
- Work closely with the EIKA Swimwear team to design marketing assets that reflect the company’s vision and brand standards
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Keen eye for design and up-to-date in design trends
- Must have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- An understanding and familiarity in editing videos preferred
- Takes constructive criticism well
- Must have a design portfolio
- Experience with photography is a plus

CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Communicate with clients on the status of their orders
- Assist clients with selecting products of their choice
- Assist purchasing or inventory management with check on availability of product, delivery or cost
- Gather customer feedback and share with the team
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Good in written and oral English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors
